Mitra Kargo is a specialized application designed to facilitate Kargo's partner drivers to receive and complete shipments. To get started, partners only need to register their phone number through a transporter and then download the app.
The app provides the ability to check route and load information, allowing drivers to view complete details on the type and quantity of goods from the start. Additionally, it allows drivers to easily complete delivery orders by simply taking a photo of the waybill and sending it through the app. The physical proof of the waybill can then be sent using a courier service, with Kargo informing drivers of the nearest courier address based on their location.
The app automatically updates the delivery status based on the driver's location, with information such as loading and unloading at warehouses, and in transit. The app also provides complete instructions at each stage of the delivery process, from picking up the delivery order, loading the goods, unloading the goods, to sending the waybill to complete the delivery order. Finally, the app offers a wealth of information on warehouse facilities and locations, loading and unloading labor costs, accommodation costs, claims processes, and more. All the information a partner driver needs is available in the app.
